So what's Rich's background?
To cut a long story short. Rich did music tech at New College Nottingham way back in 2000, left college and went into the finance and marketing world for two decades. In 2020 he came back to the fold of audio engineering, started Produce, Mix, Fix and Conquer on Facebook and re-ignited his passion for audio mastering by building up a portfolio.
In 2021 Rich went full time as a mastering engineer and has since mastered commercially released tracks mixed by legendary audio engineers Tim Palmer and Mike Exeter, has had commercial iTunes chart success with Emilia Quinn entering the top 60 UK iTunes album charts and has been critically praised by Warren Huart live on Produce Like a Pro.
He's married to one of the most respected NHS midwives in the UK who has won numerous awards for supporting vulnerable women in North-West England and has since been recognised by HRH Catherine, Princess of Wales team for her exceptional community work 💞
Rich also has two awesome kids, a cat called Luna and loves geeking out watching bands, playing guitar, binge-watching TV shows and playing video games 👾
